As for the fit, these leggings offer a compression fit that runs snug; if you're between sizes, it's best to size up. To maintain the foil's longevity, wash the garment inside out in cold, gentle cycle or hand wash, avoiding any friction between the foil sides. Always hang to dry as heat is the foil’s worst enemy.
